“Great day starting out with the wildlife park. Great that people can interact with some of the animals. Leura was a nice stop for lunch. The view from Echo point and the three sisters was the highlight for me. Scenic world, I am not one for heights but we did enjoy a short walk. The ferry was a great end to the day.”

“Had a wonderful day trip on Friday 28th March with Host Derek. He warned us all that the weather forecast was not great, however we lucked out with a dry day overall. Walking to the bottom of Wentworth Falls was definitely a highlight of the trip, however it is quite steep down and back up, so was tricky at times. This is an optional part of the walk which was nice to be able to add on! The three sisters was also a lovely viewing point. “Matt, our guide, made the tour exceptional in every aspect. His personal knowledge of the "bush" country showed through as he led us through a small portion of the bush country about 90 km north of Sydney. He knew and explained each important tree or bush and even gave us insights into the medicinal properties of some of these Australian plants and trees. He took us to special lookouts where the views of the river/estuary were spectacular. Next stop was an animal sanctuary where wounded animals from the wild are nursed back to health before releasing them back to the wild. “Bruce is a knowledgeable and engaging guide and this experience was worthwhile. Seeing wildlife exhibit natural behaviors in a protected but not enclosed environment is a privilege. Kangaroos are incredibly unique creatures biologically and Bruce explained so much we did not know. Well worth the time and cost.”
