“Fantastic day trip. I cannot rate this high enough. Jimmy was an excellent guide / chef and provided a lot of relevant information from local ecology, fauna / flora, to cooking tips and ideas. An excellent balance of travel, friendship, food and wine tasting / pairing. We had additional time to stop off at a chocolate shop and we also had a sushi making lesson in addition to visiting x3 wineries (all were excellent). Altogether an experience well worth the money and happy memories made. I would 100% recommend this trip.”
