It was less expensive to take the shuttle from the airport to our hotel in the CBD then it would’ve been to take a train. Robert gave us great tips about the area in which we stayed.”

He handled all the luggage directly to the car Eli was very friendly and talked with us and explained things around the area as he drove and also gave us recommendations for various spots to visit or eat. Eli dropped us at the entry to the hotel and explained if we needed any further car service we can call his location.”

“Our driver parked around the corner of our hotel so my elderly mother and I had a bit of a walk to do. Also he could only manage one suitcase so I had to take mine to the car. Which was a mini van. Felt like I was in a maxi taxi and the experience was the same. Wasn't worth the expense.”

It would have been more convenient to be dropped at the lobby of our hotel rather than the entrance to the car park on the opposite side. We had to struggle with our luggage and finally found an elevator In the car park that stopped at the lobby Level of the hotel.”

“If you have mobility issues, don’t book larger vans as they cannot enter close curb area to pick you up. You have to be able navigate couple blocks to the “priority area” . Book an uber or taxi , they can come right to the curb in front. It was a real hassle trying to get family member across 2 parking areas, multiple sidewalks.”
